Cert III / Cert IV qualified and background in endurance events. Trust me I understand what it’s like starting to train, look at my story and I’ve got the photos to prove it!!! At 34 years of age, I found myself sitting in front of the TV every night, 25 kilos over weight and bored. I had always liked doing sport, so one day a friend got me out and exercising again. The NEXT STEP was to choose a triathlon, set a time and give it a go. Three years later, I competed at the Australian Ironman,Port Macquaire.!!! |
